SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship USPS unless specified. Items over $500 will be fully insured and a signature will be required. Items will be securely packaged and boxed discretely. Tracking information will be provided when shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated Shipping Time is combination of the time it takes to fulfill your order and the time it takes to ship your order. Average fulfillment time is Next Business Day, the shipping time depends on your location.
Delivery to PO Boxes?
For security reasons we do not deliver to P.O.Boxes
Orders Past The Estimated Delivery Date
Please contact us here and include your information including order number.
Shipping Holidays
We are closed all major holidays. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed the first following business day.
International Shipping
Currently we only accept orders from the United States and therefore only ship to the United States. We will be expanding to International markets as soon as possible and will notify our customers when we do.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email. You can click on the tracking number to see the latest updates from the carrier. You can also get this information from the Orders section of your account page if you created an account.
RETURN POLICY
It’s our goal to make sure you receive the best products and the best customer service we can provide. Below is our Return & Exchange Policy to answer your questions and help guide you through the process.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are excited to offer a 7 day No Hastle Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless noted below.
Please Note:
- ALL Returns & Exchanges require prior authorization. Use the Contact Us page to submit an Authorization Request prior to returning items.
- Items returned without prior authorization will be sent back at the customers expense and not refunded/exchanged.
- To make things easy you have 7 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
- If you received the incorrect product we will pay the cost of shipping and replacement of the item.
- Items to be returned must be in the Original Condition as received.
- Encapsulated items that have been tampered with, ‘cracked out’, scratched or otherwise damaged and/or modified will not be eleigible for return.
- Un-encapsulated, or ‘raw’, items must be in our sealed plastic flip and are not eligible for return if they have been sent in for grading.
- Once we receive the returned product(s) we will issue a refund for the purchase price (not including shipping and insurance costs).
How to Return an Order/Item
Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item.
- Contact us via email to obtain authorization using the Contact Us form.
- Include the following information:
- Order #
- Reason for return/exchange
- We will respond to your request and outline directions on what to do next.
Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first and waiting for our reply with directions. Items send back without prior authorization will not be refunded/returned.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order up until it has started fulfillment. Once an order has started fulfillment it may not be cancelled.
We strive to product and ship your order as fast as possible, so fulfillment may start as soon as same day / next day. If you want to cancel an order you need to act quickly.
How Long Does It Take To Process A Return or Exchange?
Once we receive your items we will process the Return/Exchange the next business day. You will receive an email regarding the update to your order and we will send you the replacement items (if required). Standard fulfillment and shipping times apply.
